This page describes the current preview’s data handling. The operator’s complete privacy policy and contact details must be published before public launch.

What you choose to provide

The app uses a location to request relevant weather. Browser geolocation requires your permission. Anonymous trade and work-plan preferences stay in local browser storage. Signed-in features store company membership, jobs, product choices, submitted notes, files and the accompanying timestamps and location information you provide.

Who can access job information

Company records are scoped to your workspace. Original uploads are kept in private storage and accessed through temporary links. Authorized company members can access the workspace. A partner submission shares only the selected records through the enabled review workflow after explicit consent. Sponsorship does not grant access to private jobs.

Weather and service requests

Weather services receive coordinates needed to return a forecast. Address search sends your query to a geocoding service. Hosting, authentication and storage services process the requests needed to operate the app. Avoid placing private customer information in public product-reference fields.

Retention and export

Free includes a 30-day record retention window; Pro includes 24 calendar months. The record workspace provides export and retention notices. Deletion automation is disabled in this preview, so those windows do not mean records have already been removed. An archive action removes a job from the active list; it does not immediately erase its records.

Browser controls

Reset the local work plan from Today, revoke location permission through your browser, and sign out on shared devices. Downloaded files are under your control and may remain on the device after sign-out.
